Local Nevada Buyers (in Person):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current Nevada State Drivers License
- $25.00 Brady Background Check Application Fee
- Must pass Brady Background Check Application
Out of State Buyers (through Licensed Firearms Dealer of choice):
- Must meet State Age requirements
- Current State Drivers License
- Must pass Brady Background Check Application
- Must submit a copy of Federal Firearms License from a dealer of choice
